Yeah, so go ahead and enjoy! :) The black and white parts are the past and the normal colour is what's happened in the present :D This is mainly about Jack and Ianto's complicated relationship. Their fights, the fact that Jack IS there for him, but they don't have the mutual level of honesty and dependence on each other because of Jack hiding basically everything about his life, how Ianto's trying get Jack to tell him everything but he gets pushed away every time. And Ianto's suffering from problems of his own which are about Jack but Jack doesn't seem to notice.
