Music meets the art of Gerhard Richter" with the Acantun Kollektiv and Sifonietta Dresden, this new piece thematizes different levels of Richter's painting: On the one hand, the idea of ​​superimposition, not of tempi, rhythmic motifs, etc., but of spaces. In this way the orchestra will be divided into three places and so the audience will wander between the rooms. The idea of ​​a non-existent beginning or end of the piece also plays an important role, since the listeners do not experience a classic concert situation, but a kind of "spherical" time, a continuum. Richter's exhibition presented at the Albertinum, where portraits, abstraction and glass are thematised, correspond to the three spaces of the piece and its colours: Oblivion (ocre), Traveler (purple) and Geometry (bordeaux).
