If you are a U.S. citizenship applicant studying for the naturalization interview, you can take the full Citizenship on the Go course by creating a free account at Hartford Public Library's online learning site. To create your account, go to HPLCT.TALENTLMS.COM. Once you've signed in, visit the Course catalog page. On the course category menu, select the "Citizenship" option. Then click the "Citizenship on the Go" thumbnail to enroll in the course.
