This isn't a poem, but is a set of "commandments" to live a life by I often say that being a Civil Funeral Celebrant restores by faith in humanity as I get to hear so many amazing stories about the sacrifices people make for each other....like the man who visited a lady he had met struggling with her shopping every day for 18 months until she died, like the man and his wife who took in his friend after a brief illness and gave him a home for 50 years. If this was the cornerstone of every school assembly, rather than, dare I say it, The Lords Prayer, our society would be a different place.
