Medical Massage Therapist Massages Your Back & Arms 💤 ASMR Soft Spoken Personal Attention RP

While most massage is sought for its relaxation qualities, medical massage seeks to help correct and treat conditions like headaches, TMJ pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, et cetera with techniques like Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Myofascial Release. This is often used in conjunction with other treatments like physical therapy, stretching, and hot/cold therapy. In this video, we will be working on the back, the inner and outer elbow tendons, and the wrists to address pain and strain. The back massage is 3rd Person POV, and the elbow & wrist massages are 1st Person POV. This is more of an ASMR-focused and not realism focused video like I usually do.
