Today, we are giving their garlic lamb and bean mash a try, using BLACK GARLIC. A type of aged garlic, made by slowly heating the whole bulb. The taste is sweet and syrupy with hints of balsamic vinegar or tamarind. It’s a versatile ingredient which adds a wonderful depth of flavour to this speedy meal!
