Here i am testing this beautiful SINGER 320k after finished restoring and servicing. Using a standard needle, versus the short that SINGER provided back in the times this machine was produced. It's obvious that all goes OK and the needle doesn't hit the bobbin case. In fact the needle doesn't even go close to the point of concern. The needle bar axis center is set to the right on purpose to demonstrate that even with this setting, the needle can't hit the bobbin case at the right / lower foremost position. All parts used (except needle, thread and fabric) are SINGER Vintage Authentic. No alteration whatsoever. Internal settings and timing are what SINGER recommends in Adjusters Manual. This machine is perfectly timed and tuned. Her operation is the mere evidence of that!
