Mr Marvels amusement park in Scarborough, North Yorkshire closed in 2002 and nothing has replaced it since. I took a walk round the old site on Scarborough’s North Bay to have a look at what remains, as well as the site below where the Atlantis Water Park used to be. Starting close to Scarborough’s North Bay beach, my walk takes me past Peasholm Park, North Bay Railway and the Open Air Theatre in this gem of a location on the Yorkshire coast.
