Do LIKE, COMMENT, SHARE if you like the video. **About Krishnagiri Dam** Krishnagiri dam is located in between Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri 10 kms away from Krishnagiri and river thenpennai is supplying water sources to the dam, this dam is constructed in 1955 – 1957 by former chief minister of Tamilnadu thiru. It takes around 2kms from Bangalore to reach KRP dam. The roads from Bangalore is the Hosur road highway so it is good including 2 tolls and then a right turn is required after Krishnagiri. The road till park is good too. As a traveler, you may want to consider visiting a park that is located close to the dam. This park offers a great space for both older individuals and young children to enjoy some quality time together. The park opens at 08:00 a.m. and closes at 05:00 p.m. The ticket fare is Rs.5 per person. There is a parking area nearby for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Monkeys can be found all over the park. The park contains a jogger's route, fountains, a lawn, and a children's play area. The park opens at 8am and closes at 5pm.
