Hey guys, welcome back! Or welcome if you're new:) My name is Kelsey. In today's video, I hope to bring you inspiration for meals to make for your family. It is so easy to get burned out on trying to find ideas for dinner time. The recipes will be posted here in the description box, as well as the link to the cheese grater below. Taco salad recipe: 1 lb ground beef 1 bottle thousand island dressing 1 bag of plain Doritos/taco flavored Doritos 1 head of lettuce 1 bag of shredded cheese 1 can ranch style beans Brown ground beef and season with taco seasoning. Chop lettuce and store in a bowl in a fridge until ready to to assemble salad. Drain and rinse the beans. One the meat has cooled after cooking, assemble all ingredients into a big bowl and toss. Top with whatever you like! Smothered Pork chops: Boneless pork chops 1 green bell pepper half of 1 large onion 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 cup chicken broth or water 1 tbsp flour 3 tbsp butter 2 tbsp minced garlic Season both sides of pork chops to your liking Heat butter in skillet and add pork chops. Cook on both sides 3-4 minutes until seared. Remove all pork chops and rest on a plate. Chop bell pepper & onion and add to the drippings in the pan followed by a little more butter. Cook down till soft and add garlic until fragrant Add flour and whisk until bubbly, add broth and can of cream of chicken then let simmer. Place pork chops into crock pot and top with gravy.
