Thanks to a kind-hearted rescuer and the support of our GTKA community, Kevin was brought to us and given a second chance at life. Day by day, with gentle care and patience, he started to heal—physically and emotionally. Then came the real magic: Kevin met Billie, his new housemate. Watching them slowly build trust, share their space, and discover friendship has been nothing short of miraculous. Their bond is a daily reminder of why we do what we do—every animal deserves safety, love, and a family. But Kevin's story is sadly not unique.
