Akhil Bhartiya Santmat Satsang (ABSS) is a spiritual organisation practicing and propagating Anand Yoga, Anand yoga is a method of addition i.e. ‘Iti Marg Sadhana’ and it focus on practical aspects of concentration and meditation. Param Sant Mahatma Suresh ji Maharaj (Pujya Bhaiya Ji), the Sanrakshak of the organization, have been imparting the knowledge of Anand Yoga through practical sessions all over the globe. Anand Yoga- Itimarg being practiced from ancient times. Maharishi Ashtavakra imparted Brahma Vidya a Spiritual Science to Maharaja Janak (500-400 BCE) and initiated him in this very method. Maharaja Janak, although a great and glorious king, achieved such a high state of Spirituality. The Saints and Satgurus of the Order evolved Anand Yoga incorporating Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Gyan Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Sahaja Yoga. Thus, Anand Yoga is a universal method of meditation and concentration as well as an integrated form of different form of Yoga. The spiritual practice system of Anand Yoga is most suited to one and all professionals leading worldly life irrespective of cast color and religion Anand Yoga "method of addition” meaning, to integrate the remembrance of the Supreme Being into all worldly behaviors and actions and all duties without abandoning anything. As In the Bhagavad Gita: Lord Krishna advised and instructed Arjuna:"Remember me and fight." Thus, the saints and sages always advised that one should be properly active in worldly duties but keep the heart absorbed in the Lord. The main goal of followers of Anand Yoga is to attain liberation while living (Jivan Mukt), and access eternal peace and unending bliss which is the ultimate goal of human life. The discourses and practical sessions by Param Sant Mahatma Suresh ji about methodology of Itimarg (Concentration and meditation) in a simple manner, enable seekers to follow it effortlessly. Regular bi-weekly concentration and meditation workshops are organized throughout India and overseas enabling seekers worldwide to experience the Bliss Infinite. Also, spiritual camps are organised in Bharat and rest of world throughout the year for the benefit of all. Anand yoga the way of Meditation and Concenration- Sadhak is advised to concentrate in the heart center. One should sit in relaxed posture with no strain on any part of our body then focus on heart center. One should remember and concentrate on selected form or name of one’s gods.
