Then one can have around 70% of this 60% equity allocation towards diversified equity mutual funds. Out of the diversified equity mutual fund allocation one can look at flexi cap mutual funds and focused mutual funds based on one's comfort levels. But, focused mutual funds deserve a holding in one's equity mutual fund portfolio. Now, Conservative investors look at large cap mutual funds and hybrid mutual funds.
