To complete the mission on gold, I recommend starting with simple rides. Then save up for your first coaster. Then build your 2nd and 3rd coaster to build funds. Save the gold coaster goal for last. For gold coaster requirement, I built the green roller coaster and had it do a big drop into the canyon. I softened the vertical-g forces by longer track loops. I had to redo track areas that had too much g-force of 6+ that I believe makes the coaster too scary for riders. You can still complete the gold coaster objective with a high fear factor. Just open the ride to complete the requirements.
