Chubby Hubby Bars!

Ingredients: 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips (divided in half) pretzel sticks (enough to cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan) 1/2 stick butter, melted 1 cup crunchy Wowbutter (creamy is fine too) 1 cup powdered sugar Directions: 1. Line a 9x13 baking dish with aluminum foil being sure to leave some hanging over the sides and spray it with cooking spray; set aside. 2. Melt half of the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl in 30 second increments until they are completely melted. 3. Pour the melted chocolate into the bottom of the baking dish and spread it evenly. 4. Push pretzel sticks down into the chocolate in even rows. Or you can crush the pretzels and add them to the chocolate. (Be sure to push them down into the chocolate so they stick.) 5. Put the baking dish in the refrigerator while you work on the next step. 6. Melt the butter in the microwave and add the Wowbutter to it. Mix it with a whisk or spoon until combined. 7. Add the powdered sugar and mix again with a spoon this time. 8. Spread the mixture over the chocolate and pretzel layer. (I used my hands to do this part. You can just take some out, press it between your hands, and place it on top of the pretzels.) 9. Melt the second bowl of chocolate chips in 30 second increments until melted. 10. Pour over the Wowbutter layer evenly and spread with a spatula. 11. Place back into the refrigerator for 1 hour. 12. Remove from the refrigerator and remove from the pan using the aluminum foil overhangs. 13. Cut into bars! (This step is a little tricky!
