PCSing across time zones can be exhausting—especially when you’re doing it with kids. We recently moved from South Korea to Germany, and while having a day flight helped, resetting our sleep and daily rhythm still took intention. In this video, I’m sharing what worked for me and my family as we adjust to a new time zone. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all routine—every body, every family, and every season is different. These are simply the habits and rhythms that helped us find our footing again.
