A historic double-weekend edition in the heart of Thailand. The 6th edition of HOKA Chiang Mai Thailand by UTMB® has concluded, solidifying its position as the Asia-Pacific Major. With a record-breaking 9,656 runners representing 89 nations, the event spanned two weekends, from the high-altitude trails of Doi Inthanon National Park to the technical new Chiang Dao 160 course. Inside the Race: Chiang Dao 160 (100M): Aleksei Beresnev executed a masterful climb from his 11th-place finish last year to claim the title. In the women’s field, Antonina Iushina defended her crown, securing back-to-back victories. Elephant 100 (100K): Miguel Arsenio achieved a historic "Double" victory, while Hau Ha Thi reclaimed her throne in a stunning 10:43:28 performance. Hmong 50 (50K): World-class battles saw Guangfu Meng and Maude Mathys take top honors in highly competitive fields. Beyond the competition, this 2025 edition marked a milestone for the sport with perfect gender parity achieved across the event.
