Prosecco comes from the Veneto region in Italy and is a great option for those who might not enjoy the yeasty, complex flavours of Champagne. 2. Cava - Cava is slowly gaining a lot of love in India. Hailing from Spain, it’s a great alternative to Champagne and is made with indigenous grape varieties from Spain with the same method as Champagne. 3. Crémant - Sparkling wines made all over France that are not Champagne are as known as Crémant. You will mostly see Crémant on a label of French sparkling wine. 4.
