DIY rear end loader for the compact tractor Agria 4800 - Part 1

This video shows how my son and I built a rear end loader for the small tractor Agria 4800. The dimensions of the shovel are 1200x700x700mm. We used the TIG and electrode welding process. 3mm sheet steel was chosen so that the weight is not too great. In order to have enough stability despite the low wall thickness, the shovel was reinforced with angles and U-profiles. The weight is about 90kg (200lbs). Weight ratio: 50kg sheet metal, 30kg profiles The shovel is attached to the drawbar with pins and two bolts on the tractor's lifting gear. To transport shovels, mallets or similar tools, a holder with two pieces of pipe was welded on. To protect against corrosion, the rear loader was painted twice after sandblasting.
