Acknowledging God's power benefits us more than it does those who do not believe in Him. In contrast, those who rely on the forces of the underworld are the individuals who practice dark arts, such as magic and spells. God's power is what protects us in spiritual warfare. When we depend on the Lord in these battles, we can be victorious because our guardian angels fight alongside us. That is why I do not fear the arrows that fly both by night and by day. When I call upon the name of the Lord, I am confident in my ability to defeat my spiritual enemy, who prowls like a lion, seeking to harm me. My example shows that I do not easily give up in warfare; instead, I stand and fight until my spiritual enemies are defeated.
