Can you beat Half-Life without killing any vortigaunts?

When their only experience of humanity was a crowbar running past them in a steel corridor. One day I thought about a certain line from Episode 2 and wondered if it was possible to prove the G-Man wrong. How hard would it be to get through the entire Black Mesa Incident without even laying a finger on the vortigaunts? After trying it out I figured it was a pretty fun and interesting challenge and so I decided to make a video on it. =Some fun facts= -I recorded almost 2 hours of footage for this video, it took a LOT of takes -I was originally going to narrate the video myself, but I wasn't happy with how it sounded, so I just went with text instead -I thought the room near the end of Apprehension would be the part that killed this challenge, but I found out by complete accident that there is in fact a way to get through -I wanted to have each encounter done in a single continuous take, but Interloper broke me. It was pretty much impossible to do that final room all in the same take. After nearly an hour of trying, I finally gave up and decided to cut between multiple takes.
