As i came to know, i immediately left for Bisrakh from Delhi and went to village where Ravana spent his childhood. This village was named after Ravana's father Vishrawa. Vishrawa was brahmin and had 2 wives. First wife Ilavida, with whome he has son called Kuber. And with second wife Kaikesi, Vishrawa had 4 child. Ravan was eldest, and then Kumbhkaran, Vibhishan and then Saroopnakha. Vishrawa was said to be grandson of Lord Brahma. This village has one temple called Ravan Temple where i went and saw shivlingam. This shivlingam is said to exist on its own. so its not transported from anywhere else. It existed on same location during Vishrawas time. Ravan was great scholar and brahmin and Shivbhakt. He used to pray Lord Shiva a lot.He is the famous character of Ramayan where Lord Ram with help of Hanuman, destroyed lanka and killed Ravan. This village does not celebrate Dushehra or Diwali.
