In this video I share more about the two meals per day plan, why it is so beneficial...in particular I relate it to a study done on mice and the development of cancer. Very interesting! In a nutshell, two groups of mice existed for the study and they both ate the same amounts and type of food. The control group, eating indiscriminately, developed cancer as normal for these mice...the experimental group, eating only between the hours of 12pm and 6pm had a 93% reduction in the incidence of cancer and a 33% reduction in the size of tumours for those mice that developed it. The reasons are that the body must be allowed to conserve energy and catch up on the task of digestion of food, metabolism in general and elimination of wastes before the next load of work is piled onto it.
