It is a new License Board, that is shared by all six playable characters with all licenses available to each! It has a different layout to the original PS2 version of the License Board and each character begins in a different starting location making it similiar to the Sphere Grid from Final Fantasy 10. Please follow my instructions carefully and understand that there is always a risk in breaking your game installation when changing files in this fashion.
