Winter spraying is an essential part of caring for our beloved fruit trees. Its main purpose is to suppress the development of fungal diseases, such as peach curl, for example. They are done with copper containing fungicides. Two sprays are made. The first is towards the end of autumn, usually the end of November / beginning of December. The second is done before bud's swelling, usually in February. The quoted fungicides are registered trademarks of the respective manufacturers.
