Prusa i3 Mk3s MMU2S problems

I've had some BS with this machine since I got the MMU2 over a year ago. I got it because I want to use up the ends of many rolls I have lying around. It's been a paperweight because I didn't have time to diagnose it further. Now I have the MMU2S upgrade and it's still breaking my heart. Someone tell me under which full moon I have to sacrifice a chicken to Nyar-la-hotep to make this thing run, please. Previous to this it would load and unload three times and then print with an empty extruder. -_- EDIT: The problem is solved! The extruder correctly said there was filament when the MMU incorrectly said there was no filament. The printer probably assumes a break in the filament line and then panics (reboots).
