Needless to say, I soon found myself going down the rabbit hole of incredible covers the two create, and eventually, fell into listening to their originals. Driven by Rebecca's heartbeat of rhythm and her deep cutting roar of a voice, mirrored under the haunting overtones of Megan's slide and dreamy harmonies, anything they touch turns to gold. Having said that, one of the reasons I love them so, is that relentless work ethic behind all that they do. A constant inspiration and motivation to songwriters and musicians like myself, they're one of those bands that keeps the flame of real music alive nowadays. Always grateful to them. So, here's one of their songs that's been stuck in my head lately, and if you haven't listened to them already, I highly advise you do so.
