It’s been a while! 🥹♥️ You guys have remained incredibly supportive and positive— and we all need that in our lives! I really want to be more active on YouTube and share experiences and new things I’m discovering as each year goes by. One of the best things of being in my 40s is having a better hold on what I should worry about, let go, and how to handle stress in general. Not entirely sure of yt etiquette, but I hope you all don’t mind if I share the same content here as I do on my other social media channels :) This video is nice and short and goes over most of what I do when I’m not in the mood to go full in, or just rushing to an event or adventure! If I’m going on a hike or something similar, I’ll skip the stair master and just do some light weight exercises. I use my Nuface device 5-7 times a week. I’ve been using it since October 2022 and I’ve noticed results and love it! The biggest change is the fullness of my cheeks closer to my nose and target that area as well as the corners of my mouth. Hope you all have been doing well!!
