Benjamin Fernandes ( / benjaminf7 , CEO & Co-founder of Nala (https://www.iwantnala.com/), interviewed Tesi Rusagara / tesi-rusagara-64bb7517 , Managing Director of the Kigali Innovation City, whose mission is to nurture and accelerate Rwanda's innovation ecosystem to position Rwanda as a pan-African hub. Tesi Rusagara was previously with Deloitte Consulting in San Francisco advising financial services clients on digital transformation, growth strategy and divestitures. Tesi has also worked in the President of Rwanda’s Strategy and Policy Unit and for Bank of Kigali, Rwanda’s largest commercial bank. Tesi holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance from the University of Cape Town. Benjamin Fernandes is a Tanzanian entrepreneur. He received his MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and completed an Executive Education program at the Harvard Kennedy School. After working for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, he returned to Tanzania to launch NALA Money Manager.
