I colorized, fully restored, and provided immersive sound design for these rare scenes, which were filmed in the 1940s in Philadelphia, focusing not only on the natural surroundings but also on the unique architectural elements, which sometimes remind one of far-off lands. The scenes show the people engaging in their work, such as farming and going to the markets, before moving on to the scenes of leisure and socialization.
