Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 21 - Diagnosis - It runs! But does it drive? We will be riding it for the first time. I also got my first haircut in over a year! (videos coming fast so subscribe to keep notified). In this video we will be using our temporary gas tank (fuel tank) to dial in the carburetor and clutch. We ripped the ATC200x around a bit and discovered some problems so we removed the rear brake caliper because the brake rotor (brake disc) was warped and bent. We also replaced the clutch lever. That didn't help much so we completely rebuilt the clutch inside with new springs, fibers, and clutch inner hub. We replaced and torqued (torque, torqueing) to spec all of the nuts, bolts, thrust washers, collars, bushings, adjusters, springs, seals, crush washers, circlips, snap rings, clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets. The cylinder head, cylinder head cover, and breather cover were all chemically stripped of the black paint by "Xpress Metal Cleaning" and then vapor blasted by "Vapor Blasting by Design LLC", (both located in Phoenix, AZ).
