This is a 10 min thigh workout that you can do on the floor! It will help to tone and slimmer your thighs - and you can do all of the exercises lying down! It will also help to get rounder hips and to get rid of saddlebags or hip dips :) This is what you can expect from this workout: 30 sec for the exercises and 10 sec of breaks all of the exercises are done lying on the floor (you can even do this in your bed!) all of the exercises are knee-friendly (no squats or lunges) no talking, so you can just enjoy the music :) this is beginner/intermediate level - you can use ankle weights to make this workout more challenging!
