Corn Mayo Buns Recipe Dough (single recipe makes 4 pieces) 250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour/plain flour. Per cup = 125g. 1 tsp salt 1 tsp instant yeast 1 tbsp oil 125ml+2 tbsp warm water (1/2 cup+2 tbsp) Extra oil for coating the dough. Double recipe makes 8 pieces 500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour/plain flour. Per cup = 125g. 2 tsp salt 2 tsp instant yeast 2 tbsp oil 250ml+4 tbsp warm water (1 cup+4 tbsp) Do not pour water all at once into the flour. Add 3/4 to it and add the rest a little at a time until your dough in the right consistency. Extra oil for coating the dough. Toppings: adjust to make about 2 teaspoons for each bun. Sweet corn kernel Red bell pepper/paprika, finely diced Spring onion, finely chopped Mayonnaise Salt & pepper In a small bowl, mix well together and keep chill until ready to use.
