A Delicious Raspberry Dark Chocolate Candy the Entire Family will Love - Twisted Mike

Wow! These raspberry filled chocolates are delicious. We take jello and create a wonderful center and then coat them with dark chocolate. This is one of our favorite candy recipes. Give it a try. In cup combine the following and let sit for 5 minutes 1/2 cup room temp water 2 pkgs unflavored gelatin IN sauce pan combine 3/4 cup hot water 1 cup sugar 6 oz pkg of raspberry jello Bring to a boil Once the mixture is boiling lower heat to a low, add the unflavored gelatin and water mixture. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Let cool 1 minute after cooking, poor mixture in a molds, or in a baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Let set overnight. We let ours sit in the refrigerator Next day, in a sauce pan melt 8 oz of dark chocolate melts. Melt them only until they all melt, no longer. Dip raspberry jello candies in chocolate and set on wax paper.
