A juvenile eagle (hatch year 2025) is seen soaring above the nest & Jackie is watching it and begins to vocalize. The juvie has its landing gear down and lands on the canopy - but Jackie flies to the Y branch and chases the juvie off. Shadow is seen on the Cactus Snag keeping watch over his territory so the juvie dispersed the area. There is no way to know if this was Sunny or Gizmo or another juvie flying in the area. It did seem pretty comfortable with the nest tree ♥ Sunny was the one who liked to land in the canopy and Gizmo in the basement. Thank you for watching!
