Russellville Arkansas gets a new skatepark extension. The long haul project headed by Drew Wilson was a collaborated effort with the city of Russellville, Primary Concrete, and community members. This video takes a look at Drew's persistent effort to help create long lasting change in his community. The need for a beginner friendly skatepark was very prevalent. Drew teamed up with grant writer Kellie Dinkel to find funding for a new city skatepark. Showcasing passion for the project they were awarded a grant to start construction. The builders of the park are Primary Concrete. This skatepark based construction company shared insight on the design and building process of the extension. Skateboarders of Arkansas have a great new place to expand their skateboarding abilities and community.
