I woke up today to discover that I have been wrongly disconnected from my YouFibre fibreoptic super fast broadband. The first woman i spoke to was really ignorant and didn't want to listen so I hung up on her i went to my mothers who get some support from my mother to contact YouFibre again. And I had to contact YouFibre about three times because keep getting cut off from them. They are saying there is A outstanding invoice due when they're there's not because I pay by direct debit and my bill comes out at the end of every month, not the beginning of the month. I tried to update my payment options to get reconnected and they have literally told me that I do not have any outstanding payments on my account. But the YouFibre agents are telling me that there is when I know there's not. So when I move to a different premises I will not be going back to YouFibre again and I will not be promoting them anymore. I have emails to prove that there is no outstanding balance i have also got an email asking me if I would promote their service to friends and family. And no I will not be promoting them to any one friends family or my social media family. I will never put my social media family in contact with YouFibre anymore
