Tavernier's blistering assault—based on the award-winning graphic novel by Abel Lanzac, a former government speech writer—zeroes in on fictional Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexandre Taillard de Vorms (a tour-de-force comic performance by Thierry Lhermitte).
