【1mintips】Easy Making A Japanese Egg Rolls!!!

Japanese Egg Rolls: Tamagoyaki 【Ingredients】 6 chicken eggs 【Seasoning】 40cc Mirin rice wine 50cc fish sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt 【Steps】 1. Scramble the eggs in a bowl, add the seasonings and mix in evenly. 2. Lightly oil the bottom of an omelette pan as it is being heated. Pour enough egg mixture to evenly cover the pan and slowly saute over low heat. Pierce any bubbles that form in the egg layer with chopsticks. 3. Saute until slightly solidified. Roll the egg layer to the front and push it into the leading edge of the pan. 4. Add a little oil to the bottom of the pan, then add enough egg mixture from step 1 tilting the pan to spread the new egg layer over the bottom evenly while supporting the rolled egg from before with chopsticks. Saute until it is half cooked, then once more roll the omelette over the layer to the front edge of the pan. Repeat the above steps until there is no more scrambled egg mixture. 5. Fry all surfaces of the omelette standing it up in the pan. Fry until slightly caramelized and fragrant. Move each omelette to a bamboo sushi mat. Utilize the bamboo mat for molding the warm omelettes. Wrap in plastic and put into the refrigerator. Finally, cut into smaller pieces when ready to eat.
