This is the final fix of the LED strip light upgrade I've been experimenting with. In this short video I remove the previous LED strip and replace with a slightly brighter strip, original was 8mm this one is 10mm. I decided to place it inside the roof lining stuck to the metal frame of the sunroof as this is hidden and gives a nice glow of light. I upgraded the standard yellow bulbs in the front roof light with LED too. As before the new LED strip works from the drivers side roof switch and the passengers switch is used for both the factory fitted lights, both the LED strip and standard lights come on automatically when the front or rear doors are opened. Only tools used were a small flat blade screwdriver, scissors and wire strippers. Some electrical connection blocks and foam tape. Please check out my previous videos for the full install.
