The resistor array on newer vehicles is often done on a PCB style board which are extremely prone to failure. usually one fan speed will quit working and soon be follwed by more and soon only leave you with high speed. The blower resistor for most vehicles is now available from aftermarket suppliers such as UAP NAPA.
