This is for the Da Vinci 1.0, 1.1 and AIO 3d printers. Is your Extruder not heating up. Try these steps to figure out what is causing the problem. No conductivity in heating element at plug- possibly short in plug or heating element is bad. Cut the plug off and check again. If conductivity comes back you had a bad plug if not the heating element is bad. You will need to buy a whole new Extruder from XZYprinting for $100. Try to heat up the extrude. I use the Load filament feature on the machine. Check the male plug for 12 volts. If Not receiving 12 volts when from the plug going to the electronics you either have a bad plug or the MOSFET is bad on the circuit board. Cut off the connector and test again. Make sure when you cut of the connector the power is off to the machine. If not you cutters can possibly fry the electronics. If after cutting the plug and the wires are reading 12v when trying to heat up the Extruder you had a bad connector. If you still do not hvae 12 volts you can try and trouble shoot the heating element MOSFET and replace it. If you get 12 volts on the electronics side and conductivity on the heating element side you have a bad connecting. Try to push it back together ( Might work for a while but it will break again) or cut the connector and add a new one. I opted to solder the wires together.
