This Solo was operated in South Yorkshire by Sheffield Community Transport from 2005 - 2019 although spent its remainder of service work at Gem Mini Travel up until 2025. A group of lads who were keen on buying an Optare Solo for preservation take this bus onto its new chapter - which in this video you can see the first few steps into its restoration process.
