Vintage Rolex GMT-Master “Root Beer” Ref. 16758 with Nipple Dial

Originally developed for airline pilots in the 1950s, the Rolex GMT-Master is one of the most iconic watches ever created. A vintage GMT-Master in 18k yellow gold is something special, especially when combined with the “Root Beer” colored dial and bezel! This example, dating to 1981, is in very good vintage condition. The movement was recently serviced and the original “nipple” dial is in good condition with some hand drag and discoloration around the center. The hands are newer service replacements and the original Jubilee bracelet does show some typical wear as shown in the photos.
