Gurugram: Burqa-Clad Woman Attacks Cab Driver With Knife, Arrested

In yet another shocking incident, a hijab-clad woman attacked a cab driver with a knife in Haryana's Gurugram. The incident came to fore on Tuesday afternoon at Rajiv Chowk. Police said that the woman's identity and intent are yet to be established in connection with the case, while she has been taken into custody. Further commenting on the episode, police officials said that she signaled the driver to stop the vehicle. When he stopped, it has been alleged she was having a knife through which she attacked him. Meanwhile, a PCR van stationed near Gurugram's Cyber City today came to the rescue of the cab driver and nabbed the lady. Reportedly, the victim has been identified as Raghuraj and has been taken for treatment.
