Hi everyone! So I've mentioned briefly in previous videos that I have a gluten intolerance which I only discovered fairly recently, after at least 6/7 years of symptoms! I thought it might be helpful to make a video about it discussing how I found out I was gluten intolerant, my symptoms, how I feel gluten free, the ups and downs, what I eat and all the information about my 'journey' with it!
