In this episode, we cover the full drywall phase - from material delivery to hanging, taping, and mudding - as the project starts to finally look like real living space. You’ll see how the crew stages and installs the sheets, handles tight framing conditions, and moves quickly through the main rooms. After install, we follow the finishing process with taping and multiple coats of mud to prep the walls and ceilings for texture and paint. One of the most interesting parts of this job was the curved drywall under the stairs. To make those bends possible, sections were carefully wetted and flexed into place before fastening - a technique that lets flat sheets conform to curved framing.
