Genuinely, I am impressed with this Coat… and yes, I did pay for it.. Full Price too..!!! Took it to Belgium recently and gave it a 'Real World' test.. no buckets of water, no hosepipes, just real rain and real moving about, sitting, standing and most importantly, setting, fishing, moving location and resetting up and finally the pack-down and barrow journey back to the car... The Catchdry Lite kept me totally Dry and without the Sweating when I had to exert myself… Things like getting out of my Chair, or reaching for the cakes etc... but also when I was moving location, packing-up, setting-up etc., all the usual things you find yourself doing on a fishing session… Warmth wise, I had a Cotton T-Shirt and Lightweight Summer Hoody (Nash Tackle) and I was warm and comfortable.. I would be happy to use a thicker hoody and the Catchdry Lite over the top during all but the coldest weather.. I do still wear shorts in freezing temperatures though.. and I get some odd looks at the Ski Resorts..!!
