How to add a corporate theme to Microsoft Access forms and reports

Creating and saving a theme in Microsoft Access can help you customize the appearance of your database and make it more appealing. A theme consists of a set of colours, fonts, and effects that are applied to the forms, reports, and controls in your database. To create and save a theme, follow these steps: 1. Open the database that you want to apply a theme to. 2. On the Design tab, in the Themes group, click Themes. 3. Click Create Theme. 4. In the Create New Theme dialog box, enter a name for your theme and choose the colours, fonts, and effects that you want to use. 5. Click Save. 6. To apply the theme to your database, click the theme name in the Themes gallery. You can also modify an existing theme or create a new theme based on an existing one. To do this, click Themes, and then click Save Current Theme or Duplicate Theme. You can then edit the theme settings and save it with a new name. You can also export and import themes to share them with other users or use them in other databases. To do this, click Themes, and then click Export Current Theme or Import Theme. You can then browse to the location where you want to save or open the theme file (.thmx).
