Delhi News: Delhi Terror Plot Foiled; Police Bust ISIS Module Planning IED Blast On South Delhi Mall Delhi Police said that the arrested terrorists had done a recce of places where they were planning an attack. This included a mall in south Delhi and a public park. Police arrested two suspected ISIS operatives who were allegedly preparing to carry out blasts in a high-footfall area. According to officials, the two men both named Adnan were arrested following coordinated operations in Delhi and Bhopal. One of them hails from Delhi’s Sadiq Nagar, while the other is from Madhya Pradesh’s capital A makeshift timer device, a watch being used as an improvised timer for an explosive was also seized. Police also recovered images of places from where they intended to procure components to assemble an IED. Both suspects were reportedly undergoing training for “fidayeen” or suicide-style attacks.
